The Busker Irish Whiskey has launched an exclusive limited edition Single Cask Pot Still whiskey, the first in a series of exclusive bottlings for The Irish Whiskey Collection
The limited edition The Busker Single Cask Pot Still Whiskey encapsulates all that is Irish potstill whiskey. Chosen from the finest casks of Pot Still available from the bond of Royal Oak Distillery, and aged in a formidable Sherry Cask over 6 years, the unique process allows the bold and spicy quintessential nature of the Pot Still to stand out, while accompanied with leathery dried fruit richness. Bolstered with a depth of prune, date and fig notes. This is followed by a balanced sweetness of honey, mellow vanilla, and fudge accompanied by a balanced long finish of spices warmth.

Age of the whiskey maturation for the limited bottling: Bottled at 48.3% with no chill filtration, the first Single Cask Pot Still Whiskey is Cask No. 16626, which was New Make Pot Still Spirit filled into an Antonio Paez Lobato ex Sherry cask in November 2017. It has been matured in this cask since then at 63.6% abv before being disgorged for bottling and reduced to 48.3% in October 2023, making it a 6-year-old Whiskey.
Cask’s wood: American oak charr level 3 ex-bourbon and Jose & Miguel Martin certified sherry butts from Jerez, which is a finish that has been used for decades by many in the Irish whiskey industry.
With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).

Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
