This exceptional whiskey has been hand selected by The Irish Whiskey Collection.
Initially aged in 1st fill Bourbon barrels for ten whistling years and finished in Barbados Rum casks for a further 28 months, this release is inspired by the glorious world of Aviation and celebrates the golden age of travel.
Barbados airport and country flag feature on the label illustration. The central motif is inspired by old flight deck/cockpit dials and the dial itself is orientated to the direction of the cask origins in the Caribbean.
Release and bottle number feature on the front label.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Bold notes of Banana and pineapple lead the march, followed closely by strong hits of vanilla and freshly cut grass with an earthy undertone.
Palate: There’s pineapple, orange, sweet mandarins, peaches, grapes and vanilla on the palate. It’s a boozy cream soda mash-up that transports you to a tropical paradise with every sip.
Finish: Piquant and lingering on the finish and keeps you coming back for more.
46% ABV. Non-Chill Filtered. Natural Colour
With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).

Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
