The story begins in the Parisian field of Masami Charlotte Lavault, FLOWER BY KENZO ambassador and activist flower grower. On a summer’s morning, perfumers Alberto Morillas and Dora Baghriche visited Masami’s field to capture the olfactory notes of the Dahlia, the field’s emblematic flower. Using headspace technology, which can capture the natural fragrant compounds exhaled by flowers under a glass dome, Dahlias delivered their scents in their prime—intact and wild, to be then recreated by perfumers with/into a natural and spontaneous olfactory identity.

Its historical signature, a subtle blend of Damascena Rose and White Musks, opens up to new fresh, sensual facets: the tang of bright yellow tangerine, the spice of a rosy Dahlia accord, and the sweetness of a suave Tonka Bean.
