HOW TO APPLY THE TREATMENT:
- Apply pressure evenly between the middle fingers of each hand.
- Smooth the upper and lower eyelids with this finger, moving from the inside to the outside of the eye, and hold pressure for 3 seconds upwards on the temples.
- Repeat 3 times. Pinch both eyebrows simultaneously. Repeat, moving from the inside to the outside of the eye. Repeat 3 times.
- Using your middle finger, smooth the top and bottom of the lips in one direction and then the other.
- Then stretch the corners of the mouth upwards, maintaining pressure for 3 seconds.
- Repeat 3 times.
- Apply your eye & lip contour in the morning and/or evening.
