NOSE:
Muscovado, hazelnut and walnuts, Darjeeling tea leaves, orchard fruit, cinnamon.
TASTE:
Maple syrup and caramel, with complex notes of roasted walnut, truffle, wood spice, and dried fruits. There is a lot of texture to this whiskey – it is triple distilled but it is not light!
FINISH:
Medium dry with more nuts, orchard fruit, dried tropical fruit and heavily charred oak. Subtle sherried notes to close.
