You'll find a designated bin for small batteries conveniently located at Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store.
Do you have an old e-cigarette you'd like to recycle? Feel free to bring it to Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free retail stores at Dublin and Cork Airports for proper disposal.
Please note that we are unable to accept industrial batteries, automotive batteries, or leaking batteries for recycling.
Your local authority also plays a vital role in the recycling process. They are obligated to accept household WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and small batteries free of charge at their recycling facilities. Remember that all WEEE and waste batteries should be recycled and should not be placed in your household wheelie bins. Help us maintain a sustainable environment by ensuring that all your old electrical goods and batteries are recycled.
